These cigars are made by Cuban, former Habanos Torcedores (cigar makers) of the 9th category, completely by hand.
Production at the ABAM factory in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Hemmy's Maduro are characterized by a creamy roasted aroma. The initial notes of Wood, Earth and great CreamIn the further course of the smoke, a Nuance sweetness, Roast aroma and Cereals added. The main difference from the classic Hemmy's is the longer maturation of the filler tobacco and the oily dark, 2008 cover sheet from Mexico, which was stored for 2 years in a rum barrel and gives the cigar not only a beautiful appearance, but also aromatically a huge gain.
By the way, each cigar is made by 2 turners. One makes the filler, the second checks this and rolls the wrapper over it. It remains of course a handmade natural product, but the chance of perfect workmanship of each cigar is very high.
As with all Hemmys cigars, due to the tobaccos used, an enormous aging potential can be assumed. Similar to the storage of wine, the cigar become more rounded and balanced by perfect maturation storage.
Perfect ripening - & long term storage: Relative humidity of about 68 % and temperature of about 18 °C.
Verdict: A medium-bodied and aromatic cigar with great creaminess and a unique flavor profile.
Bedded are the Robusto Maduro in a high-quality, wine red matt lacquered solid - wooden box of 10 pieces.
