Davidoff Oro Blanco

Only a tiny contingent of the most precious tobaccos with truly exceptional characteristics are grown on the fertile soils of the Mao region - where the three mighty rivers Mao, Gurabo and Yaque del Norte meet. Since the first harvest in 2002, Davidoff's world-renowned Master Blender Eladio Diaz has patiently monitored the maturation. He nurtures the tobacco leaves and uses regular taste tests to track when they reach their optimal ripening point. At least 12 years should be it, he demanded, and after that it takes another 18 months until the cigar has its full goodness and the Oro Blanco puts all other cigars on earth in the shade. Only the smallest quantities are ever available, and until Master Blender Eladio Diaz himself decides that the cigar has matured perfectly, the world has to wait for Oro Blanco. It is also up to him to decide when, to whom, and in what quantities the cigars will go on sale worldwide.
