Customs clearance: Private individuals are responsible for complying with the applicable import and customs regulations in the destination country. Any customs duties or import taxes are to be borne by the recipient.

Special conditions and shipping terms for dealers will be agreed personally and individually. Prices: All prices stated on the product pages are inclusive of VAT and other price components. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted without guarantee and are based on the applicable legal requirements, in particular with regard to VAT, product categorization and tax regulations. The price displayed in the shopping cart at the time of ordering is binding. Due to tax regulations (§ 22 TabStG), we are not permitted to grant discounts or rebates on tobacco products.
Language & Currency: Our checkout is currently in German and English available. All Payments are made in Euro (EUR).
The shipping costs incurred will be clearly and transparently displayed in the shopping cart system and on the order page. Delivery will be made within four working days of receipt of payment at the latest, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
Prepayment by bank transfer: After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation with the bank transfer details. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received in full.
Credit card payment (Mastercard): We now also accept payments by Mastercard. Credit card payments are processed securely via our certified payment service provider. When paying by credit card, we require the following details:

Validity date
Card verification code (CVC)
The card is debited immediately after the order is completed. All data is transmitted SSL-encrypted and is not stored on our server.
