Ein Crémant Brut Rosé aus Pinot Noir, gewachsen auf Keuper und Muschelkalk, handgelesen und schonend als Ganztrauben gepresst. Mindestens 24 Monate Hefelager und jahrzehntelange Expertise verleihen ihm Feinheit, Struktur und eine elegante Perlage. In zartem Lachsrosa zeigt er intensive rote Frucht, am Gaumen Eleganz, Kraft und klare Pinot-Noir-Typizität. Vielseitig zu Salaten, Meeresfrüchten, Ente oder roten Früchten.
Ein luxemburgischer Crémant aus Pinot Blanc und Chardonnay, gewachsen auf Keuper und Muschelkalk, handgelesen und teils im Holz ausgebaut. Mindestens 60 Monate Hefelager sorgen für Tiefe und Struktur. In der Nase reife Beeren, Vanille und Röstaromen; am Gaumen feine Perlage, frische Säure, Erdbeere, Mirabelle und eine salzig-mineralische Note. Komplex, lang und klar auf Champagner-Niveau.
