The Medaille d'Or No.4 is a slim, very elegant "Palmitas" format. A classic Havana cigar, which is now rarely available and if, only in small quantities.
Similar slim formats are the Trinidad Fundadores or the Montecristo Especiales. There are not many more examples, as these classically elegant formats are disappearing more and more and are being replaced by the more voluminous formats.
