The German Havana cigar. 1844 by the German Cuba emigrant Hermann Upmann launched in Havana, the brand has become an absolute classic.
The new small format from the H. Upmann brand showed just how far even brevity can be pushed. The Half Corona represents a new record in terms of brevity in the extensive Habanos range. It measures just 90 millimeters. Its average ring gauge of 44 (17.46 mm in diameter), however, allows for a considerable variety of flavors that one would not actually expect from a small format. Between 20 to 30 minutes, one can thus enjoy a smoking pleasure that is otherwise reserved for larger formats. It thus fits perfectly into a time that is characterized by increasing smoking bans. But also for beginners in the world of Habanos, this format with its light to medium-bodied blend is very suitable.
